Prayer Update July 2025

This is our last prayer update for this school year. Thankyou for continuing to pray for us throughout this past year.

There is much to give thanks for:

·         The Joy Foundation has received confirmation from all our current schools, apart from one, that we will continue to provide our input next year. We are just awaiting a reply from the one.

·         However, we have already had contact from a new school that we have never been involved with before, that they are interested in our support next year.

·         I recently spoke to the mother of a 21 year old whose strongest memory of primary school was the Collective Worship that The Joy Foundation provided!

·         There have been a number of people that have contacted me to say they will be holding a fundraising event over the summer. This will help our finances, which have also been boosted by several one off gifts and a successful grant application over recent times

Our final prayers for this school year must be for the children:

·         Safety and positive experiences over the summer

·         The challenges they face as they change year groups and particularly those children that will go going to new schools

·         That they draw on what we have presented to them and that this helps them to draw closer to God
