Here is our first prayer update of 2026 and it is one with good developments for The Joy Foundation.   The Steering Group has decided to seek to appoint a part time Trainee Schoolsworker from Summer 2026 for a year. This will hopefully give TJF the opportunity to provide more input into local schools from a different perspective as well as giving a trainee the chance to explore their own calling. We already have interest, but we also need to explore new income sources to fund

We have been really encouraged recently by the number of people that have shown an interest and support for The Joy Foundation. Thank you to all of you – for your prayers, financial support and positive words.   We are so blessed to have the responsibility to carry the Good News of Jesus into our local schools. As we are now in the season of Advent, it is a real privilege to help schools to stop and focus on what much of their busy-ness is about. Our Advent Collective Worship
